Morpeth business up for countryside awards
A business in Morpeth has been nominated as a regional finalist in the Countryside Alliance Awards.

The Country Barn is up against Synergy Healthcare in Bedlington and the Allendale Brewing Company in the rural enterprise category.
In addition, Tully's of Rothbury is nominated alongside the Deli around the Corner in Tynemouth and Weardale Coeliac's Choice in County Durham in the local food category, while Rothbury Family Butchers is up against the Feathers Inn near Stocksfield in the traditional business category.
Allendale Co-op, Belsay Village shop and Kielder Village Shop and Post Office will fight it out for the village shop/post office prize.
