Cars in the Courtyard - Morgans

Admire a gathering of Morgans in the beautiful setting of Wallington courtyard and imagine yourself behind the wheel of one of these classy cars. Normal admission charges apply.


A free family legal advice service for people in Northumberland has been officially launched at an event at Longhirst Hall.

The DAWN Family Legal Advice service aims to improve access to quality legal advice for families, and will operate from Morpeth and Ashington.

Join our medieval historian Michael Thomson for a talk and tour as he uncovers Wallington's medieval past and explores the buildings preserved beneath the present House, including a pele tower, brewhouse and Tudor manor. The talk and tour will be followed by a delicious light lunch in the Clocktower Café.

Wild Walk at Wallington - Greenleighton Walk

Saturday 14 July, 10.00 am - 2.00 pm

Join the Countryside Team on a guided walk on the rugged but beautiful Greenleighton Moor in northern part of the Wallington Estate. We will explore the ecology of the open moor, abandoned quarries and even discover evidence of our Bronze Age ancestors. Age 10+ Adult £4, child £2 and family £10. Bring a light lunch, waterproofs and boots. Booking essential on 01670 773963.

Wallington - What Lies Beneath?

Saturday 7 July, 11.00 am - 4.00 pm

Explore the medieval foundations of Wallington by joining our Reiver for a special tour of the cellars. Tours will run between 11am - 4pm. Normal admission charges apply + £2 per tour.

Sunday 8 July, 12.00 - 4.00 pm

Ask our Head Gardener for expert advice in the Conservatory and buy special plants to help us raise money for the NGS. Normal admission charges apply but all admission money goes to the NGS

North Tyneside Pipe Band
